Tooth Fairy alert!

Miles lost his 2nd tooth Monday night, 2/27. We've been gently tugging on it every night for weeks now, and it just seemed to want to stay, but that day it just popped right out. The tooth fairy brought him 2 gold presidential dollars and Kennedy 50 cent piece, all ones he needed for his coin collection book. That tooth fairy is pretty smart!In the photo you can see the ridged top of his 1st adult tooth coming in the bottom. I don't think there are any others loose at this time.

Miles enjoyed the Mardi Gras parade through the halls of SHCS. It was like Halloween in February with all the candy he brought home!

Our Tin Can Anniversary

Today we celebrate our 10th anniversary! How much fun we've had. The 10th is celebrated with tin or aluminum to signify that a marriage must be strong yet pliable in order to last. The flower for the 10th anniversary is the daffodil, which we have blooming in our yard thanks to the recent warm weather. We will celebrate tonight by going to dinner with the whole family, and then this weekend we will have dinner out for the annual anniversary/valentines event.

The big kids had early dismissal today, so Eli & Miles went to play at Eli's and the little sisters, Elly & Audrey came to play with me. We baked cookies and colored and of course played dress up. Happy 4th birthday, Elly!
